The Rainforest Health Spa™, under development planning, will be nestled within the near-80 acres of Zurqui Hills Development close to the capital of Costa Rica, San José. Featuring its own rainforest area, the Rainforest Health Spa and Lodge™ will prove to be a World-Class choice destination for those who desire a full-service spa while enjoying the ambiance of peaceful and serene accommodations with the year-round comfort of the higher elevations found there. As Costa Rican tourism increases – recent trends indicate a 14% plus, increase – different choices for guests are needed and many are looking for healthful relaxation destinations. The Rainforest Health Spa™ offers such amenities as are found in the very best spas around the world including, but not limited to, exotic massage, yoga center, tai chi, stone jacuzzi, sauna, nutrition and weight control counseling, 75 foot lap swimming pool, basketball court, fitness center with state-of-the-art cardio and strength development equipment. Hiking trails are available to experience the mini-rainforest on the property, with a multitude of indigenous flora and fauna, along with a delightful clear stream.

Leisure and relaxation are additionally enhanced by a fun game and TV room along with regular chamber concerts by local professional music groups, both classical and contemporary.

The Rainforest Health Spa and Lodge™ proposes building a new state-of-the-art Lodge Center. This beautiful area has been decorated with the finest Central and South American decor and includes a yoga studio, pilates studio, dance studio, weight room, kickboxing, fitness assessment area, new treadmills, spinning bikes, free weights, pilates equipment and an exciting circuit training center. In the weight room alone, there is over 1,000 square feet of the latest equipment. The pilates equipment is impressive as well.

The Lodge Center also features a large and comfortable lounge with a giant High Definition plasma screen TV with Surround Sound for formal meetings, nutrition, health and exercise seminars, team building events, break out sessions and recreational activities. A library is also available for reading and informal meetings.

To accommodate individual guests or families who desire to spend several relaxing days in Zurqui Hills, a 20 room world-class lodge will be integrated.
